                  This is 30% less-salt “Tsuyu” (concentrated soup base) compared to “Tsuyu no moto gold”. It contains a rich amount of dashi (soup stock), so you might not feel that is a less-salt product. Please dilute 1 part of “Tsuyu” with 7 parts of hot water to use as udon noodle soup, and 1 part of “Tsuyu” with 2 parts of cold water to use as a dipping sauce for soba noodle.
