Japanese taste cheese dip
チーズの和風ディップ
Ingredients (1-2 Servings)
・50g… Cream cheese
・2-3g (half pack)… (A) NINBEN “Fresh pack soft 4.5g” (dried skipjack tuna flakes)
・〈A〉 1tsp (5ml)… NINBEN “Tsuyu no moto”
・〈A〉As much as you like Parsely flakes
・〈A〉A pinch of… Black pepper
・Optional… Crackers, vegatable sticks, or fried potatos…etc
Method
① Microwave the cream cheese at 600W for 20 seconds to make it soft.
② Mix well ①and 〈A〉in a bowl. Then cool it in a fridge until it gets solid.
③Enjoy the dip sauce with your favorite foods like crackers, vegatable sticks, or fried potatos…etc.
