Cheese-stuffed meatballs
とろーりチーズ入りミートボール
Ingredients (12 balls)
・3Tbsps…NINBEN “Tsuyu no moto”
・1Tbsp…Ketchup
・1/2cup…Water
・150g…Ground beef
・150g…Ground pork
・30g…Cheese
・A pinch of salt and pepper
・1/2…Beaten egg
・1Tsp…Vegetable oil
・1Tbsp…Potato starch
(mix with the same amount of water)
・1bunch…Watercress
Method
①Cut cheese into 12 pieces.
②In a bowl, combine ground beef, pork, salt, pepper and beaten egg well,
Shape mixture into 12 balls and put the cheese in it.
③Heat vegetable oil in a large pan on medium heat.
Add the meatballs and cook to brown on all sides.
When all sides turn brown, cover with a lid and cook for 3 minutes.
④In a small pan, warm A on medium heat.
Thicken the sauce with potato starch and put ③ in it.
Serve it with watercress. Done!
