Marinated mushrooms

Ingredients (2-3 Servings)

・Total of 250g…”Mushrooms of your choice (White mushroom, Shiitake mushroom, and Shimeji mushroom are used in this photo.)”
・〈A〉A pinch of… Salt
・〈A〉 A pinch of…Black pepper
・〈B〉3Tbsps…NINBEN “Kombu tsuyu no moto” or  “Tsuyu no moto”
・〈B〉1Tbsp…Vinegar
・〈B〉1Tbsp…Olive oil
・Appropriate amount of Paserly flakes

Method

[Pre-cooking of mushrooms]
1. Remove the tough spots on the stems.
2. Slice the white mushroom and Shiitake mushroom into 3-5mm thin.
3. Separate the Shimeji mushroom into easy-to-bite size.

[Method]
①  Put sliced and easy-to-eat-sized mushrooms in a heat-resistant container.
②  Add 〈A〉 into ① and mix them.
③ Cover ② with plastic food wrap and microwave it at 600w for 3-4 minuites.
④ Add 〈B〉 and mix them well.
⑤ When it gets cool, serve it on a dish and put parsley flakes on top.
