Shirodashi is a light-colored, concentrated liquid Dashi (broth) made with salt, sugar, soy sauce, and 4 kinds of Japanese Dashi(broth) ingredients: dried skipjack tuna, mackerel, frigate mackerel, and kelp from Hokkaido.
No liquid extracts, No artificial coloring, No preservatives, or No high-fructose corn syrup are added.
