Agebitashi, deep-fried vegetable in Japanese broth

Water : NINBEN “Kombu tsuyu no moto”…1：6～8
①Cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
②Deep-fry the vegetables until they are cooked.
③Wipe off excess oil with paper and soak them in diluted “Kombu tsuyu no moto”.
