Ingredients
・Suitable amount…Vegetables
(This time, we used carrot, mushroom, eggplant, green pepper, pumpkin, lotus root, etc.)
Water : NINBEN “Kombu tsuyu no moto”…1:6~8
Method
①Cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
②Deep-fry the vegetables until they are cooked.
③Wipe off excess oil with paper and soak them in diluted “Kombu tsuyu no moto”.
④Cool it in a refrigerator, and serve it.
