Dashi flavored Sukiyaki

・1pack… ‟Kaoru Aji Dashi” (as dashi pack for making rich dashi)
・250ml……‥Water (boiled water)
〈A〉70ml……‟NINBEN Tsuyu no moto”
〈A〉2tsps……Sugar
・3 leaves……Nappa cabbage
・100g…Shungiku (crown daisy)
・1/3stalk(70g)…Green onions
・2 (30g)…… Shiitake mushrooms
・1/2……Broiled Tofu
・1/2……Carrot
・200g……Thinly sliced beef
Method
①Cut ingredients.(Easy-to-bite size for nappa cabbage. Separate the leaf and stem part of Shungiku, then thinly slice diagonally for the stem part. 1cm slice diagonally for green onions, slice or cut into flower shape for carrot. Discard the Shiitake stem. Cut into large pieces for broiled Tofu.)
②Bring 250ml of water to a boil in a pot, and put 1 pack of “Kaoru Aji Dashi” in it.
Cook it for 3 minutes on medium heat, then remove the dashi pack.(Rich dashi)
③ Add 〈A〉 into ②. When it brings to a boil, add ① and thinly sliced beef, then simmer until ingredients are cooked.
