It is a pack-type dashi (soup stock) made with specially selected ingredients: hongare-katsuobushi (fermented dried skipjack tuna) made in Japan, Kombu(kelp seaweed) from Hokkaido, Shimousa Soy Sauce, and sea salt from Okinawa.
Each dashi packs are individually packaged with inert gas to keep its flavor. You can enjoy the genuine Umami flavor and combination of katsuobushi and kombu dashi (soup stock of dried skipjack tuna and kelp).
