It is a pack-type dashi (soup stock) made with specially selected ingredients: hongare-katsuobushi (fermented dried skipjack tuna) and Yakiago(flying fish) made in Japan, Kombu(kelp seaweed) from Hokkaido, Shimousa Soy Sauce, and sea salt from Okinawa.
Each dashi packs are individually packaged with inert gas to keep its flavor. You can enjoy the genuine flavor and Umami of katsuobushi, kombu, and yakiago dashi (soup stock of dried skipjack tuna and kelp with flying fish).
