Kimchi fried rice

Ingredients (1 Serving)
・3 tsps … NINBEN “Tsuyu no moto” (1tsp to stir-fry kimchi, 2 tsps for seasoning)
・80g … Kimchi (for topping is excluded)
・180g … Steamed rice
・30g … Pork
・1 or 2 … Eggs
・Some chopped green onions
・1 tbsp … Sugar
・1 tbsp … Sesame oil
Method
- Stir-fry kimchi, pork, 1tsp NINBEN “Tsuyu no moto” and sugar in a pan.
- Take ① out on a plate for now.
- Add beaten egg and steamed rice in a pan.
- Stir-fry it until it gets non-sticky, then add ②.
- Stir-fry it until it gets non-sticky more, add 2tsps NINBEN “Tsuyu no moto”, sesame oil, and chopped green onions.
- Serve it on a plate, then put some chopped green onions and kimchi on the top.
