Tartare of tuna and avocado

Ingredients (2 Servings)

・〈A〉300g…Fresh tuna
・〈A〉1/4…Chopped onion
・〈A〉3Tbsp…NINBEN “Tsuyu no moto”
・〈A〉1Tbsp…Sesame oil
・〈A〉1Tsp…Wasabi
・〈A〉1Tsp…Ginger
・〈B〉2…Avocados
・〈B〉1/2…Lime or lemon juice
・〈B〉1Tbsp…Extra virgen olive oil
・〈B〉Suitable amount…Salt
・Sesame / green onion (for topping)

Method

(Prepare A (top side))

  1. Chop fresh tuna into small dice.
  2. Mix all A ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Leave them in a fridge at least for 30 mins.

(Prepare B (bottom side))

  1. Chop avocados into small dice.
  2. Mix all B ingredients in a separate bowl.

Now, plate the tartare by using a mold, a round ramekin, or even an empty can.
