Ika-ninjin<br />(Seasoned sliced dried squids and carrots)

Ingredients (2〜3 Servings)

・100ml … NINBEN “Tsuyu no moto”
・100ml … Water
・1/2 tsps … Sugar
・30g … Dried squids
・1 and 1/2 … Carrots

Method

  1. Cut dried squids and carrots into thin strips.
  2. Soak them with the seasonings(NINBEN “Tsuyu no moto”, water, sugar) in a zipper bag for a night.
