Korean Style Cold Noodles

Ingredients (1 Serving)
・★30ml … NINBEN “Shirodashi”
・★300ml … Water
・★2 tsps … Sugar（if you want to make it sweet）
・★1.5 tsps … SRIRACHA
・90g Udon Noodles
・Toppings you like(boiled eggs, char-siu pork(roasted pork)、shredded cucumber, sliced limes, chopped kimchi, shredded leeks, shredded red peppers etc..)
Method
- Prepare all toppings.
- Boil Udon noodles, then rub them gently under runnning water.
- Mix ★ up to make the sauce.
- Place noodles on a bowl and put ③.
- Put toppings on noodles.
