浅漬け
Ingredients
・NINBEN “Shirodashi”
・As much as you like…Cucumber
・Optional…Japanese chili pepper
Method
- Cut the cucumber into bite-size.
- Place ① in a zipper bag, and pour “Shirodashi” until ① is soaked entirely.
- Leave ② in a fridge at least for 3 hours.
Memo
It’s also tasty with a little bit vinegar.
