Kozuyu, Umami rich soup with scallop adductor and vegetables

Ingredients (2〜3 Servings)
・45ml … NINBEN “Shirodashi”
・500ml … Water
・20g … Scallop adductor(Canned)
・2 … Shitake mushrooms(Sliced)
・150g … Shirataki
・1/2 … Carrots(Quarter sliced)
・2 … Satoimo,Taros(Bite sized)
・Some dried wheat gluten
Method
- Cut shitake mushrooms, carrots, and taros into each size.
- Put the ingredients in a pan excluding the dried wheat gluten and boil it until the ingredients go tender.
- Put the dried wheat gluten and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
