Shirodashi chicken pho

Ingredients (2 Servings)

・2 servings…Rice noodles
・100g…Minced chicken
・1/2stalk…Leek, thinly sliced
・1/8bunch…Mizuna, Potherb Mustard, cut into 4cm size
・2Tsps…Olive oil

〈A〉2Tbsp…NINBEN “Shirodashi”
〈A〉400ml…Water
〈A〉1Tbsp…Potato starch

・1bunch…Coriander, chopped
・1Tbsp…White sesame

Method

  1. Cook rice noodles, following the package instruction, and drain it well.
    Cut leek, mizuna, and coriander. Mix A ingredient.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry minced chicken until it turns brown.
    Add A and stir-fry until the soup turn thick.
  3. Add cooked rice noodles, leek, mizuna to ②.
  4. Pour ③ on a bowl and garnish with coriander and white sesame.
