Shirodashi chicken pho

Ingredients (2 Servings)
・2 servings…Rice noodles
・100g…Minced chicken
・1/2stalk…Leek, thinly sliced
・1/8bunch…Mizuna, Potherb Mustard, cut into 4cm size
・2Tsps…Olive oil
・〈A〉2Tbsp…NINBEN “Shirodashi”
・〈A〉400ml…Water
・〈A〉1Tbsp…Potato starch
・1bunch…Coriander, chopped
・1Tbsp…White sesame
Method
- Cook rice noodles, following the package instruction, and drain it well.
Cut leek, mizuna, and coriander. Mix A ingredient. - Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry minced chicken until it turns brown.
Add A and stir-fry until the soup turn thick. - Add cooked rice noodles, leek, mizuna to ②.
- Pour ③ on a bowl and garnish with coriander and white sesame.
