キムチ鍋
Ingredients (2 Servings)
・〈A〉40ml…NINBEN “Shirodashi”
・〈A〉700ml…Water
・〈B〉200ml…Kimchi
・〈B〉1clove…Garlic (finely chopped)
・〈B〉1clove…Ginger (finely chopped)
・〈B〉200g…Pork belly
・〈B〉1Tbs…Sesame oil
・As much as you like…Ingredients of your choice
(Shiitake mushroom, Cabbage, Bean sprouts, Chinese chive, Tofu, Carrot, etc.)
・Optional…Sriracha
Method
- In a pot, mix A and warm it.
- In a frying pan, warm the sesame oil, and stir-fry B until the meat turns brown.
- Put ② into ① and other ingredients of your choice.
- Leave it until all the ingredients are cooked. Done!
*If you like it spicier, add sriracha.
