Udon Noodles in hot broth

Ingredients (2 Servings)
・2tbsps (30ml) Shirodashi
・1-1/2cup (300ml) hot water
・2packs pre-cooked or dried udon noodles
・1/2Japanese green onion
・tenkasu (bits of fried tempura batter)
Method
- Dilute Shirodashi with hot water.
- Prepare udon according to package directions.
- Chop green onion finely
- Place the udon in a bowl and pour diluted Shiro Dashi.
Place green onion and tenkasu on top.
