Udon Noodles in hot broth

Ingredients (2 Servings)

・2tbsps (30ml) Shirodashi
・1-1/2cup (300ml) hot water
・2packs pre-cooked or dried udon noodles
・1/2Japanese green onion
・tenkasu (bits of fried tempura batter)

Method

  1. Dilute Shirodashi with hot water.
  2. Prepare udon according to package directions.
  3. Chop green onion finely
  4. Place the udon in a bowl and pour diluted Shiro Dashi.
    Place green onion and tenkasu on top.
