Ingredients (1 Serving)

・NINBEN “Shirodashi”
・Raw seafood(Sashimi) you like.
※Tuna, young yellow tail, salmon, octopus and ikura are used in this photo.
・Toppings like okura, scallion or shiso herb.
・Steamed rice or vinegared rice

Method

  1. Pickle sashimi in NINBEN “Shirodashi” for 5 minutes.
  2. Serve sashimi on rice and topping gorgeously.
