Shirodashi Gold is a light-colored, concentrated liquid Dashi (broth) made with salt, sugar, soy sauce, and 4 kinds of Japanese Dashi(broth) ingredients; dried skipjack tuna, mackerel, frigate mackerel, and kelp from Hokkaido.
It features organic soy sauce and 1.5 times the amount of Dashi ingredients compared to regular SHIRODASHI.
No MSG, No preservatives,or No artificial colors are added.
