Tuna and mushroom Dashi Pasta
ツナときのこの和風パスタ
・200g…Spaghetti
・100g…Shimeji mushroom (Easy-to-bite sized)
・(A)1pack…Powder of ”Kaoru Aji Dashi”
・(A)50g… Canned tuna
・(A)2tsps…Mayonnaise
・2tbsps…Olive oil
・1tbsp…Soy sauce
・Proper amount…Shredded Nori seaweed
Method
① Mix the ingredients in (A).
② Bring water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
③ Heat the olive oil in a pan, then add the shimeji mushrooms and stir-fry.
④ Add the cooked spaghetti and (A) to the pan and lightly stir-fry.
⑤ Turn off the heat, add the soy sauce, and mix well.
⑥ Serve on a plate and sprinkle with Nori seaweed.
