Sesame dipping sauce for cold Udon noodles

1 serving

・1 serving……Udon noodles
・75ml (5tbsps)……“ Gold Tsuyu Kin-Goma”
・As much as you like…Toppings of your chice
(Shiso(perilla), green onion, Myoga(Japanese ginger), ginger, Shredded Nori seaweed…etc. )

Method

①Prepare toppings. (Cut Shiso(perilla), green onion, Myoga(Japanese ginger), and grate ginger…etc.)

②Cook Udon noodles following the package instructions, cool noodles under running water, and drain them well.
③ Put ② on the dish, and garnish your favorite toppings.

④Pour “GOLD TSUYU KIN-GOMA” in a small cup or bowl. DONE!
