Pour-over dashi (Drip dashi)

1 serving

・4.5g of katsuobushi flakes
(1pack of “NINBEN Fresh pack soft”)
・150ml of boiled water

Method

①Set a dripper, a paper filter, and a cup (or a pot).
②Prepare 150ml of boiled water in a drip kettle.
③Put 4.5g of katsuobushi flakes(1 pack of “NINBEN Fresh pack soft”) on ①.
④Pour a small amount of boiled water to ③ with the drip kettle, just to wet the katsuobushi flakes at first.
⑤Wait for 10-15 seconds, then pour boiled water over little by little to extract dashi.
★Tips: Don’t pour all the boiled water at once.
⑥Please add salt or soy sauce as you like and enjoy dashi!
