・(A)100g……Sashimi slices (In this picture, Sashimi of Tuna, Salmon, Yellowtail, and Sea Bream are used)
・(A)45ml (3tbsp)……“Gold Tsuyu Kin-Goma ”
・200g……Cooked rice
・1tsp……Sesame
・As much as you like ……Shredded Nori seaweed
Method
①Put (A) in a bowl, mix them well and marinate for 10 minutes.
②Serve rice in a Donburi bowl, and put 1. on it together with the marinade sauce.
③Garnish with sesame and shreddered Nori seaweed on the top. DONE!
