Ingredients (2 Servings)
・〈A〉2 tbsp …NINBEN “Kombu tsuyu no moto”
・〈A〉2 tbsp…Sake
・〈A〉1 tbsp…Garlic, grated
・〈A〉1 tbsp…Ginger, grated
・1 block… Firm tofu
・Proper amount of potato starch
・Proper amount of vegetable oil
Method
①Cut tofu into bite-size chunks. Freeze tofu first, then defrost.
②Mix A ingredients well. Marinade tofu in the mixture A.
③Coat ② with potato starch.
④Bring the oil to 160-170℃ then deep-fry the tofu until they get browned and cooked.
